Represents the group type of pivot field.
The PivotFieldGroupType type exposes the following members:
Fields
| Field | Description |

| NONE | No group |
| DATE_TIME_RANGE | Grouped by DateTime range. |
| NUMBERIC_RANGE | Grouped by numberic range. |
| DISCRETE | Grouped by discrete points. |
