范围类型描述
upperLeftRowInt32左上行索引。
upperLeftColumnInt32左上列索引。
lowerRightRowInt32右下行索引
lowerRightColumnInt32右下列索引
streamStream包含图像数据的流对象。

Picture图片对象。
