Δημιουργεί ένα αντικείμενο Document DOM του καθορισμένου τύπου με το στοιχείο εγγράφου του.

public Document CreateDocument(string namespaceURI, string qualifiedName, DocumentType doctype)

Παράμετρος	Τύπος	Περιγραφή
namespaceURI	String	Το URI του χώρου ονομάτων.
qualifiedName	String	Όνομα των προσόντων.
doctype	DocumentType	Το δόγμα.

Επιστρεφόμενη Αξία

Επιστρέφει το έγγραφο.
