XmlReader::MoveToContent를 호출하고 현재 콘텐츠 노드가 시작 태그인지 빈 요소 태그인지, 그리고 찾은 요소의 XmlReader::get_LocalName 및 XmlReader::get_NamespaceURI 값이 주어진 문자열과 일치하는지 테스트합니다.
