Retourneert het blockDefault attribuut dat de standaardwaarde van het block attribuut instelt op elementen en complexe types in de targetNamespace van het schema.

ReturnValue

Een XmlSchemaDerivationMethod waarde die de verschillende methoden voor het voorkomen van afleiding vertegenwoordigt. De standaardwaarde is XmlSchemaDerivationMethod::None.
