Parameter	Type	描述
x	double	弧形中心的 X 坐标。
y	double	弧形中心的 Y 坐标。
width	double	外接矩形的宽度。
height	double	外接矩形的高度。
startAngle	double	弧形的起始角度。
arcAngle	double	弧形的角度。
