XmlReader::get_EOF method

在派生类中重写时，获取一个值，指示读取器是否位于流的末尾。

virtual bool System::Xml::XmlReader::get_EOF()=0

ReturnValue

true if the reader is positioned at the end of the stream; otherwise, false.
