IAxesManager class

Provides access to chart axes.

The IAxesManager type exposes the following members:

`horizontal_axis`	Gets the chart’s horizontal axis. Read-only `IAxis`.
`secondary_horizontal_axis`	Gets the chart’s secondary horizontal axis. Read-only `IAxis`.
`vertical_axis`	Gets the chart’s vertical axis. Read-only `IAxis`.
`secondary_vertical_axis`	Gets the chart’s secondary vertical axis. Read-only `IAxis`.
`series_axis`	Gets the chart’s series axis. Read-only `IAxis`.
