IFormat class

Represents chart format properties.

The IFormat type exposes the following members:

`fill`	Returns fill style properties of a chart. Read-only `IFillFormat`.
`line`	Returns line style properties of a chart. Read-only `ILineFormat`.
`effect`	Returns effects used for a chart. Read-only `IEffectFormat`.
