İlişki hedefi dahili ise, bu özellik paket içindeki mutlak parça adıdır. İlişki hedefi harici ise, bu özellik hedef URL’dir.

Varsayılan değer boş bir dizedir. Geçerli bir değer boş olmayan bir dize olmalıdır.
